Brad was also the Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director of B&R, where he played a pivotal role in growing the agency from zero to a team of 32 in just three years. 🚀
More recently, Brad founded Never. Always. to build the kind of agency he always wished existed.
After years working inside some of the world's leading creative agencies, he experienced the best of the industry, but also the politics, unnecessary layers, and egos that too often got in the way of great work.
